Hundreds Rally at Crissy Field to Oppose Russia’s War Against Ukraine

Date:

Hundreds of people gathered for an anti-war rally at Crissy Field on Sunday to show support for Ukraine and condemn Russia’s military invasion. The group commended the United States and other nations for sanctions placed against Russia, as well as military aid that has been provided. Speakers expressed support for increased support from the U.S., including more economic sanctions against Russia and military funding for Ukraine. Roughly a hundred strollers and car seats were placed in a grid as a symbol of the children and other Ukrainian lives that have been lost since the war started.
